Life Mastery Coaching bridges the gap between modern Life Coaching and Ancient Eastern Philosophy. It combines all the principles of traditional life coaching with yogic wisdom and various healing modalities. As a Life Mastery Coach, I take a holistic approach to healing past traumas and laying the foundation for meaningful and significant life change. I am able to help clients discover self-limiting beliefs and reprogram the negative habitual thought patterns which prevent a client's success and forward momentum.
Life Mastery Coaching emphasizes a spiritual and holistic approach. I draw from my skills and from many eastern and western spiritual disciplines and believe in utilizing the ancient world wisdom of the ages in order to uncover blocks and heal imbalances. I coach from a place of compassion and work with you to establish meaningful change. With life coaching, you will learn how to see with clarity and have accountability for you through an unbiased opinion.

The goal of our one-hour sessions are to be able to work through the steps of this effective Life Mastery Coaching model and develop ways for you to be encouraged, and reach your ultimate goals (whether that's related to work, family, personal goals, or health).
If you have never experienced Life Mastery Coaching and want to see what it is all about, I offer the ability to purchase one session as a trial run to see if it is something that you want to pursue together. Sessions do not expire and may be redeemed at any time. The recurring sessions cannot be rolled over, and we will coordinate a good day and time for you each week, month, or quarter (based on your selection).
